Southampton, NY · On Fish Cove
Most Hamptons rentals put you near the water. This one puts you on it: 50 feet of frontage on Fish Cove in North Sea, a private dock that lights up at night, a floating dock for launching, and two kayaks and a paddleboard waiting in the garage.

The dock
Walk down the boardwalk through the beach grass and you are on the dock. There is a dining set with an umbrella for lunch on the water, and a large floating dock that sits low enough to slide a kayak or paddleboard straight in.
Bringing a boat? Tie up at the dock and head out through North Sea Harbor to Peconic Bay. Guests can also use the Southampton Cove community's waterside pavilion and private marina.
On the water
Fish Cove is calm and sheltered, which makes it an easy first paddle for kids and beginners. Follow the shoreline into North Sea Harbor, or stay close to the house and watch the boats come and go.
Towd Point Beach, our bay beach, is a one-mile walk. Spend the day there, then come back for dinner on the deck as the sun goes down over the water.

The house
The lawn slopes from an oversized deck down to the dock, past a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, a hammock and a playset for the kids. Inside, there are four bedrooms on two levels, each with its own entrance, and water views from the dining table that seats twelve.
Southampton Village is ten minutes by car, and Sag Harbor is fifteen. The house sleeps nine.
