We are parents of two, and this is our family's second home. It is set up the way we wanted when our kids were little: baby gear in the closet, a playroom downstairs, a garage full of outdoor toys and a lawn that runs to the water.

Leave the baby gear at home.
Skip packing the car to the roof. The house already has what young families need, so you can arrive and settle in.

Two levels
Room for two families, or three generations.
Each floor has its own entrance. Upstairs are three bedrooms (king, queen and full), a full bath, the kitchen and a dining table for twelve. Downstairs is a king suite with its own bath, the kids' playroom, a second living room with a kitchenette, and the Florida room.
Grandparents can take one floor and the kids the other, or two families can share the house and still have space of their own. With two sofa beds, the house sleeps nine.
Days out
Easy days, close to home.
Walk a mile to Towd Point Beach for a calm bay swim, or paddle the cove from our dock. North Sea Farms, just down the road, sells fresh eggs, and kids love visiting the chickens.
In the fall, there is pumpkin and apple picking at Hank's Pumpkintown and the Milk Pail. On a rainy day, try Tate's Bake Shop in Southampton Village, ten minutes away. EV charging is available at the house.
